Nores is hiring a Controller

We are looking for an analytical, structured, and curious Controller to help strengthen our finance and analysis work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within controlling, financial management, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced and highly engaged industry.

Job description

As a Controller at Nores, you will support the finance and analysis function in ensuring reliable figures, solid analyses, and structured reporting.

You will work closely with our Business Controller and be a key resource in the development of data-driven processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Contributing to monthly and annual closings

· Reconciliation, data quality, and controls

· Assisting with budget and forecast follow-up

· Preparing and maintaining reports and dashboards

· Analyzing agreement volumes, member numbers, and supplier data

· Improving and documenting routines, processes, and data flows

· Ad hoc analyses and support for procurement, the member department, and administration

The role provides a broad insight into the interaction between finance, product categories, suppliers, and members.

Who are you?

We imagine that you:

· Have a relevant degree in economics, accounting, finance, data analysis, or similar

· Strong grasp of numbers, structure, and quality assurance

· Proficient in Excel, with experience in Power BI, Power Query, or other analytical tools—ideally combined with Microsoft Fabric or Azure-based data platforms

· Motivated to learn and grow in the role

· Work accurately and systematically, and enjoy both routine tasks and analytical work

· Collaborative and a strong communicator

Experience in a controller role, financial management, or analysis is an advantage, preferably within the Horeca industry. We are also open to recent graduates with the right skills and motivation.
